Monrovia — The man in the picture had his hand pointed to a FrontPAgeAfrica reporter who had gone on a reportorial duty to cover an eviction being carried out in the Mount Barclay area in Favor of the Bettie family.

The man who is said to be a sheriff seems to have been intimidated by the reporter's camera and decided to threaten and warn him not to take his (the sheriff's) photo.
