India: Special Court Set Up to Try Land-Grabbing Cases

The State government, on Monday, issued a notification to establish a special court in Bengaluru for speedy inquiry and trial of land-grabbing cases. The court will have jurisdiction over the entire State with its headquarters in Bengaluru, and will start functioning in a month.
