Liberia: World Bank Upbeat over Liberia Forest Carbon Initiative

The New Liberia Media Initiatives says after an engagement of stakeholders during a ten day visitation mission geared at starting preparation of Liberia's Forest Sector project, a visiting World Bank team has rated Liberia's S REDD+initiatives as encouraging. The team acknowledged that the 10-day mission being the first in the preparation stage was not sufficient to complete what the team in collaboration envisages in terms of other project's preparation the NMLI said.
