The Humanitarian Evidence Program has launched a Call for Proposals to synthesize evidence on the topics of (1) the impact of food aid on pastoralist livelihoods in humanitarian crises and (2) the effects of market support interventions on household food security in humanitarian emergencies. The detailed Terms of Reference for each RfP are attached to this message.
The Humanitarian Evidence Program is a partnership between Oxfam and the Feinstein International Center at the Friedman School of Nutrition at Tufts University. Its goal is to synthesize evidence-based humanitarian research and communicate the findings to decision-makers, with the ultimate goal of improving humanitarian policy and practice. The program is funded by UK aid.
