Call for Papers: The Peace-Environment-Conflict Nexus

Political Geography and Geographies of Justice Research Groups will be participating in the 2016 Annual International Conference (30 August – 2 September 2016) of the Royal Geographical Society (with IBG) in a number of ways – including co-sponsoring a session exploring environmental peacebuilding themes.

This session will be formatted as an intensive roundtable with 4-5 presentations lasting 12-15 minutes each followed by discussion across the case studies. Two conference timeslots will be used in order to maximise activist involvement and discussion across the cases. Please email queries and proposals (complete with title, abstract of 200-300 words, and presenter information) to Rebecca L. Farnum at rebecca.farnum@kcl.ac.uk. The deadline for Abstracts is Friday 12 February 2016.
