Call for Abstracts on Climate Migration, Conflict, and Peace (for a Special Issue of "Environment and Security")

Nov 1, 2022 | Environmental Peacebuilding Association

The forthcoming journal Environment and Security is seeking abstracts for proposed papers on climate migration, conflict, and peace.  The selected papers will be included in a special issue on the topic to be published in 2024, within volume 2 of the journal. The special issue is being edited by Richard Matthew.

Abstracts on a wide range of relevant topics are invited.  Abstracts should include the title, proposed author(s), and a 100-200 word summary.  Please indicate whether you anticipate the final piece being a research article (up to 8,000 words, excluding references, tables, and figures), a practitioner insight (up to 3,000 words), or a perspective (up to 3,000 words).

Abstracts should be submitted to journal@environmentalpeacebuilding.org by December 15, 2022.  Accepted proposals will be notified in early January.  Inquiries may be sent to the same email.
