The study findings indicated a positive relationship between the predictor variables (conflict management, inclusive recruitment, deterrent patrols and cultural diversity appreciation) and conflict management. The relationship was significant apart from the relationship between cultural diversity and conflict management. The study concluded that conflict management training, inclusive recruitment and deterrent patrols are very important strategies which lead to an improvement in conflict management in Baragoi Sub County.
