EcoPeace Middle East and the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) Palestinian Territories, with the support of the World Bank, cordially invite you to attend the EcoPeace Annual Conference which will be held on October 24-25, at the shores of the Dead Sea in Jordan.

EcoPeace's annual conference will uniquely bring together high level national decision makers from Jordan, Israel and Palestine, together with international and local business and donor communities. We anticipate over 200 attendees taking part in two days of presentations and discussions.

The conference will focus on the promotion of a Water-Energy Nexus between Jordan, Palestine and Israel whereby energy generated from renewable sources will be exchanged for natural or desalinated water. This has the potential to better the livelihood and increase the water security of millions, to create new sustainable business opportunities across borders, and to foster interdependent political cooperation in these related fields. The conference will introduce the findings of a pre-feasibility study that analyzes the technical, economic and geopolitical aspects of the Water-Energy Nexus.

A detailed agenda and information regarding costs and registration will be forthcoming.
