Haaretz's Israel Conference on Peace will take place on November 12th at the David Intercontinental Hotel in Tel Aviv. Between 10:15 and 11:45, the conference will host a panel entitlted "On our doorstep - The Gaza water and energy crisis, scenarios and alternatives." The panel will bring together leading experts from Israel and the international community to discuss the urgent need to solve the water and energy crises facing 1.8 million Palestinians in Gaza and the humanitarian and security implications of failing to do so for the region.
