Roundtable on the Renewable Energy Sector: Lessons from the Extractive Industries

The renewable energy sector faces many of the same operational challenges and complexities as other large scale development projects operating in fragile environments. These renewable projects can have effects on communities in many of the same ways as the oil, gas, and mining industries. This Roundtable will seek to understand those challenges and explore what lessons can be learned from the experiences of industries in other sectors.
