Collaborative Design Resource (CDR) Associates event “Facilitation & Mediation of Public & Environmental Conflicts: Practical Strategies for Reaching Agreement” in Colorado was created to develop essential skills to manage the complexities of multi-party conflict. Participants will learn to: conduct conflict situation assessments, design more effective resolution strategies, and respond creatively to parties' strong emotions. CDR has over 30 years of experience developing educational events which form an interactive environment with a diverse group of professionals and trainers in the field.
