Since the launch of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) and Government of France have been convening Knowledge Dialogues at the United Nations, to inform and engage diplomats and policymakers in a discussion of the latest science and practice relating to biodiversity and ecosystem conservation and their fundamental importance to the attainment of the Sustainable Development Goals.
