Launched to help boost Liberia’s rich mining, energy and petroleum industries, the Liberian International Mining, Energy & Petroleum Conference & Exhibition (LIMEP) is back for its 3rd edition in Monrovia, Liberia from the 15-16 May 2019. Organised by the Ministry of Mines and Energy of the Republic of Liberia in partnership with AME Trade Ltd., LIMEP is the official conference for the Mining, Energy and Petroleum industries in Liberia.

The event gathers high ranking government officials, the key operators in these sectors, international industry experts, technology providers, financiers and investors to discuss challenges, highlight opportunities and celebrate successes of Liberia’s extractive industries. Building on the success of the previous editions, the theme of LIMEP 2019 is “Investing in Liberia’s Natural Resources to stimulate national economic development”.

LIMEP 2019 is occurring at an ideal time when the country is focusing on developing its extractive industries to strengthen their position in the global market. The 2 days conference provides an ideal platform for mining, energy and oil &gas houses, investors and governments to congregate and discuss, source bankable projects and develop sustainable practices in the region.
