The next meeting of the Environmental Peacebuilding Working Group will be held on November 13, 2018, from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. The meeting will be held at American University’s Washington College of Law in room 401 of the Yuma Building.
The discussion topic for the meeting will be “Environmental Peacebuilding in the United Nations: An Update on Developments at the UN Security Council and the UN International Law Commission,” with presentations by Ken Conca, professor at the School of International Service at American University, and Carl Bruch, director of international programs at the Environmental Law Institute. The meeting is co-sponsored by the Washington College of Law Program on Environmental and Energy Law.
