As part of its ongoing efforts to collect experiences, synthesize, and improve monitoring and evaluation of environmental peacebuilding, the Environmental Law Institute and the Environmental Peacebuilding Association -- with support from the U.S. Institute of Peace -- is organizing a “Monitoring and Evaluation Peer Learning Workshop Series.” This series of virtual workshops provides practitioners and other M&E experts a safe environment to seek feedback from their peers to improve their M&E processes.
Please join us on Tuesday, October 26th at 10am-11:30am EST with Dr. Laura Peters, Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Institute for Risk and Disaster Reduction in the Institute for Global Health, University College London, and Dr. Jamon Van Den Hoek, Associate Professor of Geography at Oregon State University’s College of Earth, Ocean, and Atmospheric Sciences. The event will focus on conducting programmatic evaluations and complex M&E, with a particular focus on a programmatic evaluation of a 25-year series of environmental peacebuilding initiatives in the Middle East that Dr. Peters and Dr. Van Den Hoek are commencing.
All events in this workshop series will follow the Chatham House Rule and will have a maximum capacity of 20 participants. Register now at https://bit.ly/3alLoWx3.
