This session will take place in form of a panel discussion with three speakers. It aims to discuss how to enhance and strengthen partnerships between the European Union and civil society actors with respect to integrating climate change and its effects into mediation efforts, in order to help make the outcomes of peace processes more sustainable.
The speakers will start with short topical interventions (5-7 minutes), which will be followed by an interactive discussion and Q&A with the audience. The session will last 90 minutes.
