Due to multiple time zone constraints for speakers, the symposium has been divided into two parts on March 31st. This will allow for maximum attendance worldwide. We hope you can attend both segments but fully understand if only one is possible due to time zone constraints. The events will be recorded and the recordings will be posted here.  

Part 1: Oceanic Frontiers: environmental governance and public-private partnerships in deep sea mining

Moderated by Dr. Julie Klinger -- three panelists with 10 minute presentations each followed by 20 minute discussion

Speaker 2: Cassandra Steer, Australian National University

Speaker 3: Temidayo Oniosun, Founder "Space in Africa" and member of the Space Generation Advisory Council.

Closing remarks by Erika Weinthal, Duke University, Vice President, Environmental Peacebuilding Association (10 minutes)
