The theme of this year’s event is “The Power of Community to Achieve Global Gender Equality”, which is inspired by Dining for Women’s new mission statement: Dining for Women cultivates the collective power of community to achieve global gender equality.  In order to be successful in achieving global gender equality, we must do it in community together. Dining for Women is a powerful global community of women and girls and their allies, making life-changing differences for each other and for the world. Our members and our grantees work together to elevate the issue of gender inequality and to create opportunities for women and girls to thrive all over the world. There is power in coming together as women and allies who care about making the world a better place for women and girls, and we will celebrate this at our International Women’s Day event with an amazing discussion.
