Job description:
The Sales Manager Assistant will manage schedules for meetings with internal and external clients, organize follow ups and action plans for the sales area, update HubSpot database in daily basis, follow up to sales calls with sales executives. Assist the sales team in day-to-day. operation.
Key responsibilities:
- Update day-to-day HubSpot database.
- Schedule meetings between internal clients.
- Schedule meetings between external clients and sales representatives.
- Organize action plans for the sales area.
- Schedule follow ups with interested companies (leads).
- Social media follow ups.
Skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills and report writing
- Organized
- Teamwork skills
- Knowledge in: Microsoft Office, Google Teams, Zoom, Skype, Google Drive.
- A strategic thinker with sound business judgment that understands the cacao sector.
- Ability to work with limited direct supervision in a hyper-growth start-up environment
- High level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability.
- Experience and knowledge of social media strategies and digital/multimedia communications strategies and tools.
- Knowledge and interest in international development, experience working in a non-profit environment an asset.
