Afghanistan: Shah and Arous Dam Completed at a Cost of $250 Million to Solve Water Shortage Problem in Kabul

The Shah and Arous Dam in Shakardara District, Kabul, was completed and put into operation today (Tuesday, Dec 31) at a cost of $250 million to solve the problem of drinking water shortage in the capital. On the other hand, Islamic Emirate officials said at the inauguration ceremony of this dam that the government has various programs in place to manage Afghanistan's waters.
