The Catalogue of Nature-based Solutions for Peace & Security aims to inspire decision-makers and programme managers when designing climate and environmental security interventions.

The main aims of the catalog are to learn from these case examples and inspire and inform peacebuilding, humanitarian and environmental programme managers to implement nature-based solutions for peace and security, in an as appropriate way as possible, i.e., with a conflict-sensitive and climate-sensitive approach. The targeted impact of the catalogue would be a more widespread implementation of nature-based solutions for their co-benefits of peace and security in fragile settings, which would contribute to more sustainable peaceful environments.
